Love not Hate!

On 2 March, 10 Lower Sixth pupils performed at Whitgift in the ‘Love Not Hate’ event in support of anti-knife. Multiple schools were there, including Shirley High Performing Arts, the Brit School, and other groups such as the Rock Project. Croydon High performed the infamous Waka Waka by Shakira, which we originally did in the Fashion Show back in November, and a singing performance beforehand of Mamma Mia by ABBA.

It was a really good experience as well as heart-warming to witness so many organisations come together in support of the horrific knife crimes that occur in Croydon. We all thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this event and were honoured to showcase our talent amongst the youth of Croydon.
