Wraparound Care
Term time only wraparound care is available for Croydon High Juniors from Nursery to Year 6
The Ivy Club
This bright purpose built area provides a homely environment where girls are welcomed and cared for at the beginning and end of each day, and where they are able to relax and take part in a range of activities including:
- Craft, construction toys, indoor and outdoor games
- Role play activities
A quiet area is provided where older girls are able to do their homework.
Laptop computers are available.
Ivy Club places must be pre booked on ParentPay.

All pupils will need to be signed out by the parent or guardian clearly indicating the time of pick up.
*Pre booking, to secure the pre booked price, booking must be completed, online via parent pay, 5 days prior to the required booking. Payment will be required at the time of booking.
Should you wish to use childcare vouchers these must be received by the school prior to being able to book online please therefore ensure vouchers are ordered well before the required booking period. We recommend ordering childcare vouchers at least two weeks before they are needed to support any booking. Any accounts which have a debit balance will be unable to use wrap around care.
If you need to book a wrap around place after the online booking closes, this must be done by ringing the office between 9.00-3.30pm to check availability.
If you wish to cancel a booked place in any wrap-around care provision please call the office by 11.30am the previous day. Cancellations not received by this time will still be charged.
Tea will be included with all bookings made before 11.30am the day before but not included on bookings made after this point.
Sibling Room
Our Sibling Club (previously Late Room) provides a free of charge service for those parents who are trying to be in two places at once!
The Late Room may be used by three groups of pupils and runs from 3:30 – 4:00pm.
- Pupils whose parents collect siblings from other nearby schools, where pick up times overlap.
- Pupils who are waiting for a sister in our Senior School, as their day finishes at 3:45pm.
- Pupils whose sister is attending a Junior School after school club.
If you wish to make use of our Sibling club, please let your daughter’s class teacher know what days they will be attending by writing in the homework diary or sending an email to the office juniors@cry.gdst.net.
Please note that emails will not always be picked up during the working day. Any child not collected at 4pm, will be automatically transferred to Ivy Club and charged accordingly.
Booking after school care
Breakfast and Ivy Club places must be pre booked on ParentPay. To secure the pre booked price, booking must be completed, online via parent pay, 5 days prior to the required booking. Payment will be required at the time of booking.
Absence
If your daughter is not attending school, please remember to cancel her after school care when you notify the school of her absence.
The person receiving your message will not always be aware of any after school care that may have been booked so please remember to mention it.
