The School welcomes feedback from parents on any aspect of school life and actively seeks this through the issue of questionnaires and by arranging consultations with parents when matters arise. Parents can be assured that all concerns and complaints will be treated seriously and confidentially.
In the interests of compliance, parents should be aware that the School will ensure that the number of Stage 3 complaints will be made available to parents on request.
