    The Role: 

    Croydon High School presents an excellent opportunity for a talented teacher of Geography to take leadership of a flourishing department and drive it through the next phase of its development.  As Head of Geography, you will take overall responsibility for the professional leadership and management of the department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are delivered, resources are used efficiently and effectively and the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with school policy.

    Geography is a popular subject throughout the school with pupils achieving excellent results.

    The department boasts regular fieldtrips and the department also has a rich co-curricular offer.

Teaching Music across all key stages you will inspire students with your passion for the subject.     The Role: 

    Croydon High School has an exciting opportunity for an innovative Art and 3D Design Technician to join its well-resourced art department, assisting teaching staff in the practical delivery of the curriculum.

    In this part time role, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, the day-to-day maintenance of machinery, managing stock levels and supervising pupil activity.

    The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and will be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with students. You will possess previous experience in an Art Technician role/3D Design Technician role, as well as experience of working with a range of Art/3D Design materials and techniques.

    Your practical knowledge will include the use of sewing machines and clay kilns. Experience of using photography dark room equipment and digital imagery will be advantageous.
