During European Week of Languages, we had lots of fun activities celebrating different cultures. The MFL Bake Off took place in the Upper Dining Hall, where tables were full of colourful cupcakes and cakes. My personal favourite was a set of cupcakes decorated with different country flags – they looked amazing! I also joined a Malay taster lesson in Room 6, taught by Shriya in Sixth Form. We learnt some basics, and I really enjoyed it. I chose Malay because my friend from another school speaks it, and I can’t wait to surprise her next time I see her!
