At 11+ (Year 7) Art & Design scholarships may be awarded to girls showing outstanding ability and potential. Art & Design scholars must pass the school’s entrance examination. Subject to a means-test it is possible for a scholarship to be combined with a bursary from the Girls’ Day School Trust.

For current Year 6 pupils, please send the portfolio along with the completed scholarship application form, and email to admissions@cry.gdst.net

A signed statement from a parent or teacher should be included with the application confirming that the work is the student’s own and that it has been unaided. Applications will be shortlisted to those who have demonstrated scholarship potential. These girls will be invited in to school to meet our Head of Art and to take part in an observational drawing task.

The application form with the digital portfolio must be submitted by 17 October 2025. The final art assessment will take place week commencing 24 November 2025.
