Fashion Show 2019

What do dinosaurs, Kardashians and dancing Whitgift boys have in common? They all featured in the annual Croydon High and Whitgift Fashion Show last week.

This year, the money raised is going to the charities the Eusebia Hope Foundation (EHF) and Dyscover. The EHF is a charity based in Kenya that provides a home for children who have been orphaned or abandoned due to an outbreak of HIV/AIDs in the village of Igoji. Dyscover is a charity that provides long term support to people suffering with Aphasia and has supported some families in our Sixth Form. Thank you to the Calabash Carnival Club for the headdresses used in the carnival catwalk.

Another annual event that the Sixth Form organised is the CHS vs Whitgift Netball match. Unfortunately, the boys won but we’re organising a rematch at Whitgift which we intend to win!

We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us with our fundraising, from the colour run back in June to the Fashion Show and netball this week; all these events have been a huge success. We have raised over £5000 for our charities which will go a long way! We hope you enjoyed the show and that the amazing support continues in future years.
