A Day in the Life of a Year 7 Girl

Year 6 girls eagerly arrived at the Senior School on Monday to experience life as a Year 7 Croydon High girl.  They joined us for assembly and then followed a typical Year 7 timetable, tackling subjects such as German, Spanish, Enterprise Technology, PE and Music… and relishing every moment. They clearly loved chatting to the Senior Prefect team as they guided them around the building during the day. Mrs. Pattison welcomed parents for refreshments in the LRC in the afternoon and introduced Ms Austen our new Head of Lower School. It was delightful to see such an enthusiastic group of Croydon High School girls greet their parents at 3.30pm, tired but full of stories. A tremendous group of girls – we really enjoyed having them with us for the day and look forward to seeing them again at Open Morning – Saturday 13 October 9.30-12.30pm.
