Croydon High Junior School ranked 19th in the Sunday Times ‘Top 100 Prep Schools’
Whilst we are all aware that the overall judgement of a school should not be based on league tables alone, we are thrilled to have received this well deserved recognition. From 23rd place last year to 19th this year, our ongoing commitment to high achievement has been rewarded.
Our girls learn within an environment that places a high priority on pastoral care and the delivery of an exciting curriculum which encourages creative and enthusiastic learners. We are extremely proud of our girls and our dedicated teaching staff.

Visit our Junior School and the first thing you will notice is just what a happy and caring school community it is. From our warm and stimulating Nursery and Reception classes, to our bright, well-equipped Infant and Junior classes, we have developed the perfect learning environment for girls between 3-11 years of age.
With our recently opened "Ivy Club", wraparound care is now also available from 7.30 until start of school and from end of school until 18.00
We help our girls to explore and enjoy the world around them, to understand the value of friendship and to develop the high standards of behaviour, confidence and care for others that we expect from all in our community.
All our girls are bright and eager to learn. Inspirational teaching and a focus on the individual helps all our girls to develop their own unique skills and talents, maximise their personal potential and prepare them academically, emotionally and socially to make an easy, seamless transition to our Senior School in Year 7 and beyond.
